To suspend temporarily the duty on coupling assembly with 2 steel hubs 
with 32 millimeter outside diameter, 18 millimeter inside diameter, and 
   a white plastic sleeve with 46 millimeter outside diameter and 28 
                           millimeter width.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. COUPLING ASSEMBLY WITH 2 STEEL HUBS WITH 32 MILLIMETER 
              OUTSIDE DIAMETER, 18 MILLIMETER INSIDE DIAMETER, AND A 
              WHITE PLASTIC SLEEVE WITH 46 MILLIMETER OUTSIDE DIAMETER 
              AND 28 MILLIMETER WIDTH.

    (a) In General.--Subchapter II of chapter 99 of the Harmonized 
Tariff Schedule of the United States is amended by inserting in 
numerical sequence the following new heading:
