  yl)arnino]carbonyl]amino]sulfonyl] benzoate) and inert ingredients.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. MIXTURES OF CHLORSULFURON (2-CHLORO-N-
              [(4-METHOXY-6-METHYL-1,3,5-TRIAZIN-2-YL) 
              AMINOCARBONYL]BENZENESULFONAMIDE) 
              AND METSULFURON METHYL (METHYL 2[[[[(4-METHOXY-6-METHYL-
              1,3,5-TRIAZIN-2-YL)ARNINO]CARBONYL]AMINO]SULFONYL]
              BENZOATE) AND INERT INGREDIENTS.

    (a) In General.--Subchapter II of chapter 99 of the Harmonized 
Tariff Schedule of the United States is amended by inserting in 
numerical sequence the following new heading:
