A BILL
To repeal the public telecommunications facilities assistance program.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. REPEAL.
Effective December 31, 2010, subpart A of part IV of title III of
the Communications Act of 1934 (47 U.S.C. 390 et seq.) is repealed.
