    vessel after United States Marine Corps Sergeant Rafael Peralta.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. NAMING OF NAVAL VESSEL AFTER UNITED STATES MARINE CORPS 
              SERGEANT RAFAEL PERALTA.

    The Secretary of the Navy shall name the next available Naval 
vessel after United States Marine Corps Sergeant Rafael Peralta.
