No Tolls in North Carolina Act of 2012 - Amends the Transportation Equity Act for the 21st Century (TEA-21) to prohibit the establishment in North Carolina of any of the three toll collection facilities the Secretary of Transportation (DOT) is authorized to place on an Interstate System highway, bridge, or tunnel under the Interstate System reconstruction and rehabilitation pilot program.

A BILL
To amend the Transportation Equity Act for the 21st Century with
respect to the Interstate System Reconstruction and Rehabilitation
Pilot Program, and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.
This Act may be cited as the ``No Tolls in North Carolina Act of
2012''.
SEC. 2. INTERSTATE SYSTEM RECONSTRUCTION AND REHABILITATION PILOT
PROGRAM.
Section 1216(b)(2) of the Transportation Equity Act for the 21st
Century (23 U.S.C. 129 note) is amended by striking ``State.'' and
inserting ``State, except that no such facility may be located in North
Carolina.''.
