Mr. Honda introduced the following bill; which was referred to the

A BILL
To extend the temporary suspension of duty on parts or accessories of
instruments or apparatus for measuring or checking electrical
quantities.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. PARTS OR ACCESSORIES OF INSTRUMENTS OR APPARATUS FOR
MEASURING OR CHECKING ELECTRICAL QUANTITIES.
(a) In General.--Heading 9902.23.86 of the Harmonized Tariff
Schedule of the United States (relating to parts or accessories of
instruments or apparatus for measuring or checking electrical
quantities) is amended by striking the date in the effective period
column and inserting ``12/31/2015''.
(b) Effective Date.--The amendment made by subsection (a) applies
to goods entered, or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption, on or
after the 15th day after the date of the enactment of this Act.
