A BILL
To extend the suspension of duty on sodium petroleum sulfonic acids,
sodium salts.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. SODIUM PETROLEUM SULFONIC ACIDS, SODIUM SALTS.
(a) In General.--Heading 9902.34.01 of the Harmonized Tariff
Schedule of the United States (relating to sodium petroleum sulfonic
acids, sodium salts) is amended by striking the date in the effective
period column and inserting ``12/31/2015''.
(b) Effective Date.--The amendment made by this section applies to
goods entered, or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption, on or after
the 15th day after the date of the enactment of this Act.
