 To suspend temporarily the duty on 1-Propanonesulfonic acid, 2-methyl-
    2-[(1-oxo-2-propenyl)amino]-, monoammonium salt, polymer with 1-
                        ethenyl-2-pyrrolidinone.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. 1-PROPANONESULFONIC ACID, 2-METHYL-2-[(1-OXO-2-
              PROPENYL)AMINO]-, MONOAMMONIUM SALT, POLYMER WITH 1-
              ETHENYL-2-PYRROLIDINONE.

    (a) In General.--Subchapter II of chapter 99 of the Harmonized 
Tariff Schedule of the United States is amended by inserting in 
numerical sequence the following new heading:
