    To suspend temporarily the duty on Fluthiacet-methyl technical.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. FLUTHIACET-METHYL TECHNICAL.

    (a) In General.--Subchapter II of chapter 99 of the Harmonized 
Tariff Schedule of the United States is amended by inserting in 
numerical sequence the following new heading:

after the 15th day after the date of the enactment of this Act.
