  To extend the temporary suspension of duty on preparations based on 
       ethanediamide, N-(2-ethoxyphenyl)-N'-(4-isodecylphenyl)-.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. PREPARATIONS BASED ON ETHANEDIAMIDE, N-(2-ETHOXYPHENYL)-N'-
              (4-ISODECYLPHENYL)-.

    (a) In General.--Heading 9902.04.05 of the Harmonized Tariff 
Schedule of the United States (relating to preparations based on 
ethanediamide, N-(2-ethoxyphenyl)-N'-(4-isodecylphenyl)-) is amended--
            (1) by striking ``3812.30.60'' in the article description 
        and inserting ``3824.90.28''; and
            (2) by striking the date in the effective period column and 
        inserting ``12/31/2015''.
    (b) Effective Date.--The amendments made by subsection (a) apply to 
goods entered, or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption, on or after 
the 15th day after the date of the enactment of this Act.
