Safe Haven for Heros Act of 2011 - Amends the federal criminal code to prohibit for 5 hours (currently, 60 minutes) before and after a funeral of a member of the Armed Forces that is not located at a cemetery under the control of the National Cemetery Administration or part of Arlington National Cemetery: (1) activity that disturbs the peace or good order of that funeral, and (2) activity within 2500 (currently, 300) feet of the boundary of the location of such funeral that impedes access to or egress from such location.

A BILL
To amend title 18, United States Code, with respect to the prohibition
on disrupting military funerals, and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.
This Act may be cited as the ``Safe Haven for Heros Act of 2011''.
SEC. 2. AMENDMENTS TO PROHIBITION ON DISRUPTING MILITARY FUNERALS.
Section 1388 of title 18, United States Code, is amended--
(1) in subsection (a), by striking ``60 minutes before and
ending 60 minutes after'' and inserting ``5 hours before,
during, and ending 5 hours after''.
(2) in subsection (a)(2), by striking ``300'' and inserting
``2500''; and
