Rural Health Care Capital Access Reauthorization Act of 2011

Rural Health Care Capital Access Reauthorization Act of 2011 - Amends the National Housing Act to extend from July 31, 2011 to July 31, 2016, the exemption for critical access hospitals from the limit on patient days customarily assignable to specified categories of care under the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) (Federal Housing Administration [FHA]) hospital mortgage insurance program.

 To amend section 242 of the National Housing Act to extend the sunset 
provision for the exemption for critical access hospitals under the FHA 
              program of mortgage insurance for hospitals.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

    This Act may be cited as the ``Rural Health Care Capital Access 
Reauthorization Act of 2011''.

SEC. 2. EXTENSION.

    Section 242(i)(1) of the National Housing Act (12 U.S.C. 1715z-
7(i)(1)) is amended by striking ``July 31, 2011'' and inserting ``July 
31, 2016''.
