Providing a correction in the enrollment of S. 25.

Directs the Secretary of the Senate to correct the enrollment of S. 25 (South Utah Valley Electric Conveyance Act) by amending the title.

                         CONCURRENT RESOLUTION

    Resolved by the House of Representatives (the Senate concurring), 
That in the enrollment of the bill, S. 25, the Secretary of the Senate 
shall amend the title so as to read: ``To ensure that the reduced 
annual cost-of-living adjustment to the retired pay of members and 
former members of the Armed Forces under the age of 62 required by the 
Bipartisan Budget Act of 2013 will not


              

 apply to members or former members who first became members prior to 
January 1, 2014, and for other purposes.''.
