Pediatric Subspecialty and Mental Health Workforce Reauthorization Act of 2013 - Reauthorizes through FY2018 a pediatric specialty educational loan repayment program for health professionals providing pediatric medical subspecialty, pediatric surgical specialty, or child and adolescent mental and behavioral health care in an area with a shortage of the specified pediatric subspecialty that has a sufficient pediatric population to support the subspecialty.

A BILL
To amend the Public Health Service Act to extend through fiscal year
2018 the authorization for certain health care workforce loan repayment
programs.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.
This Act may be cited as the ``Pediatric Subspecialty and Mental
Health Workforce Reauthorization Act of 2013''.
SEC. 2. EXTENSION OF CERTAIN HEALTH CARE WORKFORCE LOAN REPAYMENT
PROGRAMS THROUGH FISCAL YEAR 2018.
Section 775(e) of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 295f(e))
is amended--
(1) by striking ``2014'' and inserting ``2018''; and
(2) by striking ``2013'' and inserting ``2018''.
