A BILL
Relating to members of the Grand Traverse Band of Ottawa and Chippewa
Indians of Michigan.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. CONGRESSIONAL REFERENCE AND REPORT.
Pursuant to the findings and conclusions contained in the Report
issued by the chief judge of the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, the
Secretary of the Treasury shall pay, out of money not otherwise
appropriated, to members of the Grand Traverse Band of Ottawa and
Chippewa Indians of Michigan, the sum of $ ____, and to the Grand
Traverse Band of Ottawa and Chippewa Indians of Michigan, the sum of $
____.
