To repeal the annual adjustment of retired pay and retainer pay amounts for retired members of the Armed Forces under age 62.

Repeals the provision of the Bipartisan Budget Act of 2013 that reduces the cost-of-living adjustment to the retirement pay of members of the Armed Forces under age 62.

To repeal the annual adjustment of retired pay and retainer pay amounts 
         for retired members of the Armed Forces under age 62.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. REPEAL OF ANNUAL ADJUSTMENT OF RETIRED PAY AND RETAINER PAY 
              AMOUNTS FOR RETIRED MEMBERS OF THE ARMED FORCES UNDER AGE 
              62.

    Section 403 of the Bipartisan Budget Act of 2013 is hereby 
repealed.
