Mr. Bishop of New York introduced the following bill; which was
referred to the Committee on Oversight and Government Reform

A BILL
To designate the facility of the United States Postal Service located
at 25 New York Avenue in Sound Beach, New York, as the ``John Moerlins
Post Office''.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. JOHN MOERLINS POST OFFICE.
(a) Designation.--The facility of the United States Postal Service
located at 25 New York Avenue in Sound Beach, New York, shall be known
and designated as the ``John Moerlins Post Office''.
(b) References.--Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document,
paper, or other record of the United States to the facility referred to
in subsection (a) shall be deemed to be a reference to the ``John
Moerlins Post Office''.
