To increase the standards of school lunch programs.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.
This Act may be cited as the ``Michelle Obama Nutritional Act''.
SEC. 2. NUTRITIONAL GUIDELINES.
The nutritional and calorie standards of purchasing for the
National School Lunch Program shall be the same as those defined for
purchases under the Supplemental Nutritional Assistance Program.
