A BILL
To permanently reauthorize the special diabetes programs for Indians.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. SPECIAL DIABETES PROGRAMS FOR INDIANS.
Section 330C(c)(2)(C) of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C.
254c-3(c)(2)(C)) is amended by striking ``each of fiscal years 2004
through 2015'' and inserting ``fiscal year 2004 and each fiscal year
thereafter''.
