IDENT Fingerprint Digitization Completion Act of 2016
This bill requires U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, within 90 days after this bill's enactment, to complete the digitization of all remaining paper-based fingerprint records for inclusion in the Automated Biometric Identification System (IDENT) of the Department of Homeland Security.

A BILL
To require the completion of the digitization of all remaining paper-
based fingerprint records for inclusion in the Automated Biometric
Identification System (IDENT) of the Department of Homeland Security.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.
This Act may be cited as the ``IDENT Fingerprint Digitization
Completion Act of 2016''.
SEC. 2. FINGERPRINT DIGITIZATION.
Not later than 90 days after the date of the enactment of this Act,
the Director of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement shall complete
the digitization of all remaining paper-based fingerprint records for
inclusion in the Automated Biometric Identification System (IDENT) of
the Department of Homeland Security.
