Terminating a Select Investigative Panel of the Committee on Energy and 
                               Commerce.

    Resolved, That the Select Investigative Panel of the Committee on 
Energy and Commerce established pursuant to House Resolution 461, 
agreed to October 7, 2015, is hereby terminated.
