A BILL
To prohibit the use of members of the United States Armed Forces to
carry out offensive combat operations in Syria.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. PROHIBITION ON USE OF MEMBERS OF THE UNITED STATES ARMED
FORCES TO CARRY OUT OFFENSIVE COMBAT OPERATIONS IN SYRIA.
The President may not use members of the Armed Forces of the United
States to carry out offensive combat operations in Syria unless
Congress has enacted a specific authorization for such use of members
of the Armed Forces.
