Freedom from Union Stalking Act
This bill amends the National Labor Relations Act to declare that nothing in such Act shall be construed to preempt a law of any state, territory, or the District of Columbia that prohibits, criminalizes, or creates a civil cause of action for stalking, cyberstalking, or harassment.

A BILL
To amend the National Labor Relations Act to prohibit the preemption of
State stalking laws.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.
This Act may be cited as the ``Freedom from Union Stalking Act''.
SEC. 2. NATIONAL LABOR RELATIONS ACT.
The National Labor Relations Act (29 U.S.C. 151 et seq.) is amended
by adding at the end the following new section:
``Sec. 20. Nothing in this Act shall be construed to preempt a law
of any State, territory, or the District of Columbia that prohibits,
criminalizes, or creates a civil cause of action for stalking,
cyberstalking, or harassment.''.
