An Act
To designate the facility of the United States Postal Service located at
13683 James Madison Highway in Palmyra, Virginia, as the ``U.S. Navy

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. U.S. NAVY SEAMAN DAKOTA KYLE RIGSBY POST OFFICE.
(a) Designation.--The facility of the United States Postal Service
located at 13683 James Madison Highway in Palmyra, Virginia, shall be
known and designated as the ``U.S. Navy Seaman Dakota Kyle Rigsby Post
Office''.
(b) References.--Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document,
paper, or other record of the United States to the facility referred to
in subsection (a) shall be deemed to be a reference to the ``U.S. Navy
Seaman Dakota Kyle Rigsby Post Office''.
