Tropical Forest and Coral Reef Conservation Reauthorization Act of 2021
This bill extends through FY2026 authority for debt-for-nature swaps and debt buyback programs that reduce or convert debt obligations from an eligible country to the United States into funding for nature conservation and protection efforts in that country.

A BILL
To reauthorize the Tropical Forest and Coral Reef Conservation Act of
1998.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.
This Act may be cited as the ``Tropical Forest and Coral Reef
Conservation Reauthorization Act of 2021''.
SEC. 2. REAUTHORIZATION.
Section 806(d) of the Tropical Forest and Coral Reef Conservation
Act of 1998 (22 U.S.C. 2431d(d)) is amended by adding at the end the
following new paragraphs:
``(9) $20,000,000 for fiscal year 2022.
``(10) $20,000,000 for fiscal year 2023.
``(11) $20,000,000 for fiscal year 2024.
``(12) $20,000,000 for fiscal year 2025.
``(13) $20,000,000 for fiscal year 2026.''.
