A BILL
To codify a final rule of the United States Fish and Wildlife Service
relating to the designation of critical habitat under the Endangered
Species Act of 1973.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. CODIFICATION OF FINAL RULE.
The revisions to the Code of Federal Regulations made pursuant to
the final rule of the United States Fish and Wildlife Service of the
Department of the Interior, titled ``Endangered and Threatened Wildlife
and Plants; Regulations for Designating Critical Habitat'' and
published in the Federal Register on December 18, 2020 (85 Fed. Reg.
82376), shall have the force and effect of law.
