A BILL
To prohibit the use of Federal funds to establish, maintain, or support
any national database identifying individuals as having received or not
received any vaccine.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. NO FEDERAL FUNDS FOR NATIONAL DATABASE IDENTIFYING
VACCINATED OR UNVACCINATED INDIVIDUALS.
No Federal funds may be used to establish, maintain, or support any
national database identifying individuals as having received or not
received any vaccine.
