A BILL
To prohibit COVID-19 travel restrictions with respect to any nationals
of Canada, and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.
This Act may be cited as the ``Northern Border Reopening Act''.
SEC. 2. PROHIBITING COVID-19 TRAVEL RESTRICTIONS FOR CANADIAN
NATIONALS.
Notwithstanding Presidential Proclamation 10294 (86 Fed. Reg.
59603), published October 28, 2021, relating to advancing the safe
resumption of global travel during the COVID-19 pandemic, or any other
provision of law, neither a suspension nor limitation on entry to the
United States shall apply to a national of Canada based on any COVID-19
travel restriction.
