A BILL
To require the President to report to Congress on authorities relating
to the stabilization and reduction of gas prices, and for other
purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.
This Act may be cited as the ``He Did That Act''.
SEC. 2. REPORT ON AUTHORITIES RELATING TO GAS PRICES.
Not later than 30 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the
President shall submit to Congress a report that identifies existing
authorities that the President may use to help stabilize and reduce gas
prices.
