bill; which was referred to the Committee on Transportation and

A BILL
To amend title 49, United States Code, to include a public airport in
use by an air reserve station as a primary airport.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. PRIMARY AIRPORT DESIGNATION.
Section 4711(c)(1) of title 49, United States Code, is amended by
adding at the end the following:
``(K) Public airports with military use.--
Notwithstanding any other provision of law, a public
airport in use by an air reserve station shall be
considered a primary airport for purposes of this
chapter.''.
