Minority Fellowship Program Reauthorization Act of 2022
This bill reauthorizes through FY2027 the Minority Fellowship Program carried out by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration. The program supports the education and training of minority students who are studying for advanced degrees in a mental or behavioral health profession.

A BILL
To amend title V of the Public Health Service Act to reauthorize the
Minority Fellowship Program.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.
This Act may be cited as the ``Minority Fellowship Program
Reauthorization Act of 2022''.
SEC. 2. REAUTHORIZATION OF MINORITY FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM.
Section 597(c) of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C.
297ll(c)) is amended by striking ``$12,669,000 for each of fiscal years
2018 through 2022'' and inserting ``$25,000,000 for each of fiscal
years 2023 through 2027''.
