Stop Child Abuse Act
This bill nullifies the executive order titled Advancing Equality for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, and Intersex Individuals, which was issued on June 15, 2022. The order directed several executive agencies to establish initiatives that support lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, and intersex individuals in a variety of settings, including health care, education, housing, and social services.

A BILL
To rescind the Executive Order on Advancing Equality for Lesbian, Gay,
Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, and Intersex Individuals, and for other
purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.
This Act may be cited as the ``Stop Child Abuse Act''.
SEC. 2. RESCISSION.
(a) In General.--The Executive order entitled ``Executive Order on
Advancing Equality for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, and
Intersex Individuals'', signed on June 15, 2022, is rescinded and shall
have no force or effect.
(b) Effective Date.--This Act shall take effect as if enacted on
June 15, 2022.
