  To amend the San Joaquin River Restoration Settlement Act to extend 
provisions related to the Calaveras, Stanislaus, Tuolumne, Merced, and 
              San Joaquin rivers, and for other purposes.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. EXTENSION OF TERM.

    Section 10011(e)(1) of the San Joaquin River Restoration Settlement 
Act is amended by striking ``December 31, 2025'' and inserting 
``December 31, 2045''.
