Special Diabetes Program Reauthorization Act of 2023

A BILL
To extend funding for Special Diabetes Programs for Type I diabetes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.
This Act may be cited as the ``Special Diabetes Program
Reauthorization Act of 2023''.
SEC. 2. EXTENSION OF SPECIAL DIABETES PROGRAMS FOR TYPE I DIABETES.
Section 330B(b)(2)(D) of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C.
254c-2(b)(2)(D)) is amended by striking ``2018 through 2023'' and
inserting ``2018 through 2028''.
