A BILL
To direct the Secretary of State to conduct a comprehensive study
assessing the Chinese Communist Party's role in the distribution of
fentanyl in the United States.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. COMPREHENSIVE STUDY ASSESSING THE CHINESE COMMUNIST PARTY'S
ROLE IN THE DISTRIBUTION OF FENTANYL IN THE UNITED
STATES.
The Secretary of State shall conduct a comprehensive study
assessing the Chinese Communist Party's role in the distribution of
fentanyl in the United States, including its influence on the United
States Government, specifically the Department of Justice, the United
States economy, and United States public industries.
