To nullify Public Land Order No. 7921, withdrawing certain land in the 
       Railroad Valley of Nye County, Nevada, from mineral entry.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. PUBLIC LAND ORDER NO. 7921 NULLIFIED.

    Public Land Order No. 7921 (88 Fed. Reg. 25682, relating to the 
withdrawal of public land for satellite calibration in Railroad Valley; 
Nye County, Nevada) shall have no force or effect.
