Mr. Santos introduced the following bill; which was referred to the
Committee on Foreign Affairs

A BILL
To prohibit arms sales, cybersecurity sales, and military sales with
the People's Republic of China and the Chinese Communist Party.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. PROHIBITION ON ARMS SALES, CYBERSECURITY SALES, AND MILITARY
SALES WITH THE PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF CHINA AND THE CHINESE
COMMUNIST PARTY.
No arms sales, cybersecurity sales, or military sales may be
entered into with the People's Republic of China or the Chinese
Communist Party by--
(1) the United States Government; or
(2) any person using funds received under a contract or
other agreement from the United States Government.
