Rural Telehealth and Education Enhancement Act of 2023
This bill reauthorizes the Distance Learning and Telemedicine Program through FY2028. This Department of Agriculture program provides grants to help rural communities gain the technology and training necessary to engage in telemedicine and distance learning.

A BILL
To reauthorize the Distance Learning and Telemedicine Program of the
Department of Agriculture.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.
This Act may be cited as the ``Rural Telehealth and Education
Enhancement Act of 2023''.
SEC. 2. REAUTHORIZATION OF THE DISTANCE LEARNING AND TELEMEDICINE
PROGRAM.
Section 2335A of the Food, Agriculture, Conservation, and Trade Act
of 1990 (7 U.S.C. 950aaa-5) is amended by striking ``2023'' and
inserting ``2028''.
