 To amend title V of the Social Security Act to extend funding for the 
              family-to-family health information centers.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

    This Act may be cited as the ``Family-to-Family Reauthorization Act 
of 2024''.

SEC. 2. FIVE-YEAR EXTENSION OF FUNDING FOR FAMILY-TO-FAMILY HEALTH 
              INFORMATION CENTERS.

    Section 501(c)(1)(A)(vii) of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 
701(c)(1)(A)(vii)) is amended by striking ``2024'' and inserting 
``2029''.
