 To amend the Chesapeake Bay Initiative Act of 1998 to reauthorize the 
            Chesapeake Bay Gateways and Watertrails Network.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

    This Act may be cited as the ``Chesapeake Bay Gateways and 
Watertrails Network Reauthorization Act of 2024''.

SEC. 2. REAUTHORIZATION OF CHESEAPEAKE BAY GATEWAYS AND WATERTRAILS 
              NETWORK.

    Section 502(c) of the Chesapeake Bay Initiative Act of 1998 (54 
U.S.C. 320101 note; title V of Public Law 105-312) is amended--
            (1) by striking ``$3,000,000'' and inserting 
        ``$6,000,000''; and
            (2) by striking ``2025'' and inserting ``2030''.
