                                 A BILL


 
  To amend the Federal Water Pollution Control Act to reauthorize the 
            Chesapeake Bay Program, and for other purposes.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

    This Act may be cited as the ``Chesapeake Bay Program 
Reauthorization Act of 2024''.

SEC. 2. CHESAPEAKE BAY PROGRAM.

    Section 117(j) of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act (33 
U.S.C. 1267(j)) is amended--
            (1) in paragraph (4), by striking ``and'' at the end;
            (2) in paragraph (5), by striking the period at the end and 
        inserting ``; and''; and;
            (3) by adding at the end the following:
            ``(6) for each of fiscal years 2026 through 2030, 
        $100,000,000.''.
