9317 Bolsa Avenue in Westminster, California, as the ``Little Saigon

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. LITTLE SAIGON VIETNAM WAR VETERANS MEMORIAL POST
OFFICE.
(a) Designation.--The facility of the United States Postal Service
located at 9317 Bolsa Avenue in Westminster, California, shall be known
and designated as the ``Little Saigon Vietnam War Veterans Memorial Post
Office''.
(b) References.--Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document,
paper, or other record of the United States to the facility referred to
in subsection (a) shall be deemed to be a reference to the ``Little
Saigon Vietnam War Veterans Memorial Post Office''.
