A BILL
To direct the Comptroller General of the United States to report to
Congress on the compliance under the Architectural Barriers Act of 1968
of all office buildings under the jurisdiction, custody, or control of
the General Services Administration, and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.
This Act may be cited as the ``Think Differently About Building
Accessibility Act''.
SEC. 2. GAO REPORT.
Not later than 1 year after the date of enactment of this Act, the
Comptroller General of the United States shall report to the Committee
on Transportation and Infrastructure of the House of Representatives
and the Committee on Environment and Public Works of the Senate on the
compliance under the Architectural Barriers Act of 1968 (42 U.S.C. 4151
et seq.) of all office buildings under the jurisdiction, custody, or
control of the General Services Administration.
