        To increase the penalties for breach of a military base.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. INCREASING PENALTIES FOR BREACH OF MILITARY BASE.

    Section 1382 of title 18, United States Code, is amended by 
striking ``six months'' and inserting ``1 year''.
