bill; which was referred to the Committee on Oversight and

A BILL
To amend title 5, United States Code, to increase the amount of
military leave provided to Federal employees, and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.
This Act may be cited as the ``Supporting Federal Employees in the
National Guard and Reserves Act''.
SEC. 2. INCREASE IN MILITARY LEAVE FOR FEDERAL EMPLOYEES.
Section 6323(a)(1) of title 5, United States Code, is amended by
striking ``rate of 15 days'' and inserting ``rate of 36 days''.
