A BILL
To extend the obligation deadline of funds made available to recipients
under the American Rescue Plan Act for the purposes of supporting
homeless children and youth.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. SUPPORTING HOMELESS CHILDREN AND YOUTH.
Notwithstanding any other provision of law, funds made available to
entities under section 2001(b)(1) of Public Law 117-2 shall remain
available to those entities for purposes authorized under such section
through September 30, 2025.
