 To give the force and effect of law to the Executive Order issued on 
March 6, 2025 entitled ``Establishment of the Strategic Bitcoin Reserve 
              and United States Digital Asset Stockpile''.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. ESTABLISHMENT OF THE STRATEGIC BITCOIN RESERVE AND UNITED 
              STATES DIGITAL ASSET STOCKPILE.

    The Executive order issued on March 6, 2025 entitled 
``Establishment of the Strategic Bitcoin Reserve and United States 
Digital Asset Stockpile'' shall have the force and effect on law.
