Protect America's Workforce Act
This bill nullifies the Executive Order titled Exclusions from Federal Labor-Management Relations Programs (issued on March 27, 2025), which excludes specified executive agencies and subdivisions from the Federal Service Labor-Management Relations Statute. The statute authorizes federal employees' participation in collective bargaining and enforces collective bargaining rights.
The bill also specifies that a covered collective bargaining agreement in place as of March 26, 2025, shall have full force and effect through the stated term of the agreement.

A BILL
To nullify the Executive Order relating to Exclusions from Federal
Labor-Management Relations Programs, and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.
This Act may be cited as the ``Protect America's Workforce Act''.
SEC. 2. NULLIFICATION OF EXECUTIVE ORDER RELATING TO EXCLUSIONS FROM
FEDERAL LABOR-MANAGEMENT RELATIONS PROGRAMS.
The Executive order titled ``Exclusions from Federal Labor-
Management Relations Programs'', issued on March 27, 2025, shall have
no force or effect and no Federal funds may be obligated or expended to
carry out such Executive order.
SEC. 3. COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENTS.
Any collective bargaining agreement in effect as of March 26, 2025,
between any executive branch Federal agency and any labor organization
that is an exclusive representative of Federal employees shall have
full force and effect through the stated term of the applicable
agreement.
