A BILL
To amend the Public Health Service Act to reauthorize the telehealth
network and telehealth resource centers grant programs.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. REAUTHORIZATION OF TELEHEALTH NETWORK AND TELEHEALTH
RESOURCE CENTERS GRANT PROGRAMS.
Section 330I(q) of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 254c-
14(q)) is amended--
(1) by striking ``section'' and inserting the following:
``section--
``(1)'';
(2) in paragraph (1), as so inserted, by striking the
period at the end and inserting ``; and''; and
(3) by adding at the end the following:
``(2) $42,050,000 for each of fiscal years 2026 through
2030.''.
