Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.
This Act may be cited as the ``Constitutional Emoluments Protection
of American Interests Act of 2025''.
SEC. 2. PROHIBITION ON USE OF FUNDS.
Federal funds may not be used at any property or entity owned by,
managed by, or under the control of ? Donald J. Trump, and may not be
made available to enter any new contract, grant, or cooperative
agreement with any such property, including the following: Please
